All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 2-8 business days, International shipping 15-20 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to t h e email address provided with the purchase.

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days before shipping.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. CAKEDUPBRAND does NOT hold responsibility for packages that state they have been delivered.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3:00 P.M. (Central Time) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
